Maharajgunj Medical Campus
Majority of courses, ranging from certificate to post-graduate levels, are offered at Maharajgunj Campus of the Institute. Nursing Campuses
Maharajgunj Nursing Campus in Kathmandu conducts Certificate to Master's level courses (PCL in Nursing, BSc. Nursing, Bachelor in Hospital Nursing, Bachelor in Community Nursing, Bachelor in Psychiatric Nursing and three programes in Master in Nursing (i. Woman's Health Development, ii. Paediatric Nursing and iii. Adult Nursing). The nursing campuses in Biratnagar, Birguj and Nepal conduct only Certificate in Nursing and Nursing Campus, Pokhara has Certificate level in Nursing, Bachelor in Hospital Nursing and Bachelor in Community Nursing.
Ayurved Campus
This campus conducts BAMS (Bachelor Level in Ayurvedic Medicine) in its building at Kirtipur.
TU Teaching Hospital
In addition to the various academic programs, Institute of Medicine runs the most advanced tertiary health care facility in the country through TU Teaching Hosptal in Maharajgunj. It has more than 500 beds and the state-of-the-art intensive and coronary care units and neurological.
Manamohan Cardiothorasic Vascular and Transplant Centre
In the memorary of late Prime Minister Man Mohan Adhikari, who died in TUTH, the Manmohan Cardiothoracic, Vascular and Transplant was established to provide excellent service, training of highly skilled manpower and to conduct research activities in the field of cardiology, cardiothoracic surgery and organ transplant. The OPD, indoor ward has already started and noninvasive cardiac service like Color Echo, TMT, ABP service has already started. Very soon the Cath Lab service, CCU, ICU and full fleded OT service will be started in the centre.
B.P. Koirala Lions Centre for Ophthalmic Studies
In addition to the campuses and the TU Teaching Hospital, IOM runs B.P. Koirala Lions Centre for Ophthalmic Ctudies. The Centre offers the most advanced eye care in the country, Besides conducting undergraduate and post graduates courses. It is involved in the training of MBBS and B.Optom. Students (undergraduates and residents in MD Ophthalmology programs. It is in the forefront of research in eye health.
The Institute of Engineering has four constituent campuses at Pulchok (Lalitpur), Thapathali (Kathmandu), Eastern Region (Dharan) and Western Region (Pokhara).

The Institute offers academic programmes of Diploma levels in Civil, Computer, Architecture, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Refrigeration & Air conditioning and Auto mobile Engineering and B.E. levels in Civil, Computer, Architecture, Mechanical, Electrical Electronics and Communication Engineering. Pulchok Campus has also been conducting M.Sc. courses in Urban Planning, Structural,Water Resources, Renewable energy, Information and Communication, Power System, Geo-technical Engineering, Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Technology and Innovation Management, M.Sc. in Sustainable Water, Sanitation, Health & Development in addition to these, there are two M.Sc. programmes in (Transportation Engineering, M.Sc. in Development & Disaster Risk Management) process. Similarly, Eastern Regional Campus, Dharan has launched Bachelor's course in Civil Engineering and Agricultural Engineering; Bachelor's course in Industrial and Civil Engineering at Thapathali Campus. Bachelor's course in Civil, Electronics and Communication Engineering are at Western Region Campus. The Institute also offers good facilities for research leading to the Ph.D degree in various Engineering and Science & Technology Programmes. It offers short term professional courses through its Continuing Education Division and also provides consulting services from its consulting wing. Besides, it has recently set up Center for Applied Research and Development (CARD), Center for Energy Studies (CES), Center for Pollution Studies (CPS), Center for Disaster Studies (CDS), Solar Radiation and Aerosol in Himalayan Region and Thunder Project.
Institute of Science and Technology (IOST)
Institute of Science and Technology (IOST) is one of the main technical institutes. It is also one of the oldest and largest in terms of the intake of students, the number of campuses with programmes in science. Teaching/learning programme in science at the level of higher education has the national history of more than eight and half decades. Several schemes of plan, policy improvement, and implementation in entire functions of science education have been experiment. IOST in the present form has been the result of taking challenges to prepare scientific manpower at all levels to meet the requirements of the nation. Its curricula are at par with other universities at regional and global levels. A large number of students also work on scientific research projects of varied nature and at the postgraduate (M.Sc.) level. The number of Ph.D. awards in different fields of science and technology has been on the rise. Collaborative and exchange programmes in science have a priority. IOST and the central departments have the linkages with national as well as international organizations, academic institutions and ministries. Intake of students at different levels of undergraduate and post-graduate education at PCL(Phasing out), B.Sc, B.Tech, M.Sc, M.Tech is running annually. IOST has 13 central departments to improve academic and research programmes.

Institute of Forestry
The major objective of the Institute of Forestry is to give the graduate students an advanced training in forestry, natural resource conservation and management. Additional responsibilities of this institute include forestry research and the development of technology suitable to Nepal. At present IOF has three projects: Danida supported ComForM, NUFU, Project (NORAD supported) and MemCoE (Memorial Central of Excellence). The overall objective of the projects is to enhance the capacity of teaching and research at IOF. The objective of the project is to develop the institute facilities, training facilities/ staff in based learning and developing network and linkages with European & Asian Universities to ensure quality of teaching and research. The Institute offers following academic programmes:
